XANTREX (Heart Freedom, Trace SW, and Prosine): Emerald Harbor is the authorized service center in the Northwest for Xantrex products. Whether you are having questions about a new installation or about an older system, we can determine whether it is a warranty problem, a need for out-of-warranty repair, an installation issue, or a boat wiring problem. Many problems with inverters are simple installation errors or operator error. We provide onboard inspections of installations and are able to ether service the units on the vessel or remove it and provide bench services, both under warranty and after warranty.
